B.1 SERVICE: ENGINEERING AND DESIGN
- Pipeline & Piping Engineering and Design
Our team has been participating in several remarkable overseas and local projects. The scope of pipeline & piping engineering includes onshore and offshore pipeline engineering as per ASME, API, and DNV standards, pipeline shore approach design, trenching, and backfill. Perform Finite Element Analysis for pipeline and pipe stress analysis, fitness-for-service level 3. Pipeline integrity assessment. Piping vibration measurement and analysis.
- Structural Engineering and Design
Our structural engineers have experience in offshore platform design, offshore platform installation analysis, petrochemical plant, Mid-water arc design and fabrication, foundation of a storage tank and block valve station, building, etc.
- Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering and Design
Our E&I engineers has experience in both oversea and local projects. E&I engineers have capabilities to design instrument for petrochemical plant, block valve station, SCADA system, and offshore platforms, etc.
- Installation Engineering
Our installation engineers have more than 20 years of experience. We can provide pipeline installation analysis, mooring analysis, umbilical/cable installation analysis, SPM installation analysis. We also provide EPC for subsea PLEM/Wye, sea fastening, installation aids.
- Decommissioning Engineering
Our engineering support team have experiences in decommissioning works for offshore pipeline projects and also onshore dismantling of offshore platform structures and subsea PLEM with inherently safer designs.
B.2 SERVICE: FABRICATION AND TESTING

B.3 SERVICE: OFFSHORE INSTALLATION EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS.
- ULTRAPIPESERVICE also supply rigging and tools for offshore installation.
- Procurement of offshore installation aids, tools and equipment
- Local support or/and supply of offshore installation aid i.e. air compressor, bolt tensioning tools, plasma cutting tools, cold-cut tools, rigging slings, etc.
